PFC is looking for a dynamic, committed and self-motivated professional for its Legal & Documentation unit:
Position - Deputy Officer(Legal)
Total vacancies - 01
Qualification - Graduation in any discipline with LLB (3 years) from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks.
5-year Integrated Law Course with minimum 55% marks.
Experience - Minimum one year post qualification experience as Officer in Legal Department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution.
Preference - Having experience in conveyancing,drafting of financing and security documents, guarantees and contracts, Land/Corporate due diligence, company laws, transfer of property and
contracts, RDDBFI Act, SARFAESI Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Candidates having experience in Documentation involved in sole lending/consortium funding of large infrastructure project in power sector Organizations and recovery cases in such funding shall be given preference.
Maximum Age Limit - 31 Years
