Chief Legal Advisor [Post Code - HR01]

Qualification - Law Degree from any recognized University; Post Graduate degree in Law

(LLM) preferred.

Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Judge or Session Judge. OR Minimum 10 years practicing experience in High Court working with any Power Generating Company having

more than 2000 MW installed capacity OR Minimum 1-year experience of working as C.L.A / Law Officer in Power Sector/Public Sector Undertaking /Corporation / Company.

UPPER AGE LIMIT AS ON 13/02/2020 - Upper age limit of 62 years.

*Note:- The post of Chief Legal Advisor is on contract basis for period of 1 year or as per requirement of Company the period can be extended upto 2 years or till date of attaining age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

Dy. Law Officer [Post Code - HR02]

No. Of Post - 07

Qualification - Degree in Law of recognized University.

Experience - 4 years actual practice in Court of Law, preferably in Mumbai & Nagpur or 5 years Legal experience including 3 years experience of independent handling and Management of legal matters in a large Solicitor’s firm. Proficiency in drafting legal documents including agreements & deeds with experience of similar work in a reputed Industrial Organisation essential. Preference to candidates with special Knowledge of Commercial Law & Labour Laws.

UPPER AGE LIMIT AS ON 17/02/2020 -

i) For MSPGCL working employees: 57 years

ii) For other candidates: 38 years

  • Upper age limit for Post Code HR02 is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates applying against Backward Category post.

  • Last date of Submission of duly filled application form for post code HR02 is 17-02-2020 .
